About Health Checks

Our clinic is an approved Yokohama City infant health examination facility.
Families holding a City-issued infant health examination voucher (受診票) are entitled to 3 free checkups within the first 12 months (before 13 months of age).
Additional self-pay checkups are also available from birth to pre-school age, on request.

Public Funding Coverage (Yokohama City residents only)

1st check: 0–3 months old
2nd check: 5–8 months old
3rd check: 9–12 months old (before 13 months)

※ Available to Yokohama City residents only.

Examination voucher (受診票)
Individual Number Card (Health Insurance Card)
Child Medical Certificate (Shōni Iryōshō)
Mother & Child Health Handbook (Boshi Techō)
Diapers

※ The examination cannot be conducted without the voucher (受診票).

Appointment Hours

Within the vaccination / health check appointment slot: 14:00–15:00

Self-Pay Checkups

Under 4 months — "Baby Checkup" — ¥1,000 + tax
4 months and over — "Self-pay Infant Health Check" — ¥5,000 + tax

※ For residents outside Yokohama, those who have used their voucher but wish an additional checkup, or children 13 months and older.
