What are the reception cut-off times?
Weekday mornings: 11:30 / Weekday afternoons: 17:30 / Weekends & holidays: 12:30. As we use time-slot booking, please complete check-in by the start of your slot (e.g. if your slot is 11:30–11:45, please check in by 11:30).
Can I walk in without an appointment?
Walk-ins may be seen depending on capacity, but if waiting times for existing appointment holders would be significantly affected, we may ask you to book for another time. Please make an appointment in advance whenever possible.
What happens if I am late for my appointment?
The order of consultations may be adjusted. Please contact us in advance if you expect to be late.
How do I change or cancel an appointment?
Please use the reservation website. For last-minute changes, please call us directly.
Can siblings be seen at the same visit?
Yes. You may need to book a separate slot for each child — please follow the guidance on the reservation site.
Can accompanying adults also be treated?
Yes, for mild conditions such as cold symptoms or hay fever, we can consult and prescribe. Please note that as a pediatric specialist clinic, for adult conditions we may refer you to a suitable nearby clinic depending on the presenting symptoms.
Do you treat injuries?
Minor injuries can be treated. For wounds requiring suturing, or cases where X-ray or CT imaging is needed, we may refer you to another facility due to equipment limitations.
Can new patients book online?
Yes. After booking, please complete the online medical questionnaire if one is available.
What if no appointment slots are available?
Cancellations may open up slots. Please check the reservation site again after some time.

What do I need to bring?
Individual Number Card (health insurance card), Child Medical Certificate (Shōni Iryōshō), Mother & Child Health Handbook (Boshi Techō), and your child's medication record (Okusuri Techō) if available.
Should I bring previous test results or referral letters?
Yes, please bring any referral letters or past test records — they help us provide better care.
What age range do you treat?
From newborns (0 months) up to 18 years old (equivalent to 3rd year of high school). We mainly treat internal/medical conditions.
Vaccination & Health Check
Is an appointment needed for vaccination?
Yes. A dedicated time slot is available on weekdays (14:00 or 14:30). Please book through the reservation site.
What is the difference between routine and optional vaccines?
Routine (定期) vaccines are covered by public funding; optional (任意) vaccines are generally self-pay. Please see our Vaccination page for details.
Can children who live outside Yokohama receive vaccinations?
This depends on your municipality's policy. Please call us to discuss before your visit.
Is an appointment needed for a health check?
Yes. Please book a health check slot. Public funding eligibility follows your municipality's rules.
Can I come just for a health check or vaccination, without a consultation?
Yes. Booking the dedicated slot will ensure a smooth visit.
Payment & Access
What payment methods are accepted?
Cash, credit cards (Visa / Mastercard / JCB / American Express / Diners Club — single payment only), IC cards (Suica etc.), and Rakuten Edy.
Can I use my Individual Number Card and medical certificate?
Yes. Please present them at reception (medical certificate eligibility varies by municipality).
Is there parking?
There is no dedicated parking lot, but the "HabiterNord parking" in the basement of our building is available. We provide a free parking voucher based on your visit duration. Availability is not guaranteed — we recommend public transport when possible.
How do I get there by train?
Take the Yokohama Municipal Subway Blue Line to Center-Kita Station. Use Exit 2, then walk straight toward the Premier Yokohama building. Our clinic is on the 3rd floor of the brown building "HabiterNord" on your right (less than 1 minute on foot).
Can I bring a stroller? Is there a nursing/diaper-changing space?
Strollers are welcome. A nursing and diaper-changing space is available — please ask staff upon arrival.
